To get the 'Perfect' Result, Ask Yourself these Questions

You need some upholstery work done, fantastic! Before you call or email us it's helpful  - well in fact it's vital -  that you know the answer to at least most of these questions.

We can't read your mind, sorry. We can't create remarkable results if you can't tell us what you want. If you think more along the lines of - "I don't know what I want, but I will know it when I see it', you will spend a lot more money and time - which everyone is in short supply of these days.

Of course we will advise and suggest things for you to look at, but we need to start somewhere, and the clearer you are, the easier it is for us to give you want you want.

So spend some time planning and thinking about the following:

What do you want done and how do you want it to look?
Are you adding seating? Are you undergoing a complete overhaul and you need us to work with your designers? Is it just a few tears you want us to look at?
What is it you exactly want? Have you looked at examples of what you like? Do you have an idea of colours, textures and durability?
Are you are franchise and you need to keep to 'company colours'? Are you revamping several of your franchise businesses?
All these are vital.

Budget
What is yours? Before calling and asking 'how much will it cost?' Have an idea in mind about what it is you are willing to spend. We can then tell you if this is a realistic figure for what you want, or if we need to compromise on a few areas to make it happen.

Timing
When do you want it done by, and when can we start?  What is the best way to manage undertaking the work around your business? Do you need it done on weekends, or would Monday's be better when you are closed?

Who are the key parties?
Who are you trying to impress? Are these upgrades for customers only, or are you trying to boost staff morale? Or both?

How important is 'being green' to you?
Do you just need to get it done as cheaply and as fast as possible, and you don't have too much concern for environmental issues? Or are you deeply committed to having a low environmental impact?  We can accommodate either.

Some more 'esoteric' questions to ask yourself:
Who are you?
What do you do?
Why do you matter?
The first 2 questions are easy. The 3rd, 'why do you matter?'  - is important to you as a business. Creating a point of difference is vital in this world.
These questions can help refine what you are trying to achieve.

Once you have answers to the above, coming up with the best possible work for you is, hopefully, fairly straight forward. It's when you don't know what you want, that it is harder (but not impossible) to create the desired result. It's much easier when we can get inside your head!

If you need some help in defining any of the above, don't hesitate to call, we're happy to chat anytime. 0800 698 746
