How to Undertake an Upholstery Job in a Busy Restaurant?

So you are a restaurant or franchise owner, and you need some furniture redone. How do you time the project so as not to produce too much downtime and loss of revenue?

Timing
This timing is vital in terms of maintaining business and getting the work completed as fast and efficiently as possible. Firstly, we will always do our best to work around your schedule, when you are slow or closed, to have minimal impact on your bottom line.

What's the Job
When we work, also depends on what you are having done to the restaurant.
For example if it's a large job such as a total fit out with:
  • all new upholstery
  • repainting
  • kitchen upgrades

then closing down for a few days is probably the only option. We of course will work in with the other crews on site, to get the job done fast, so you can re-open as quickly as possible.

If job is smaller however, then we may be able to grab a couple of the seats, work on them and then get them back and install them. This way you only to need to shut down a portion of the restaurant, which means you can remain open for business - even if it is at a lesser capacity.

You will need to crunch some numbers to see which would be a better option for you - a short total close down, or section off part of the restaurant and remain open.

How We Work
How we work, depends on how you want us to work, and how big or small the job is. But we all want the same end result  - a fantastic looking business with the least amount of impact on your customers and business.

If you would like more direct advice on who to manage the changes at your business. Please call 0800 698 746 and we we work how best to proceed.

Speaking of timing, we hope you had a great Christmas, and  will have a safe New Year.
