Imagine sitting down on your leather lounge suite every night smelling that sweet smell of new leather, looking at it you think 'wow it looks as good as new'! (There's nothing quite like the smell of new leather, is there?)

A New Zealand Company Success Story: Carl's Jr.

I recently met with Darren Willmoth, Repairs and Maintenance Manager for Restaurant Brands, who was telling me about the success of their NZ owned company in the New Zealand market.

Restaurant Brands has opened their Carl’s Jr. store in Palmerston North last December which followed a first Carl’s Jr restaurant opening in Auckland in November -  situated on Bader Drive in Mangere.

When you think of an office space you most likely think of an open plan office. They have a smaller footprint, and on average, are easier on the budget when it comes to fitting it out -  when compared to individual offices. But open plan offices are noisy and distracting.
